BIOGRAPHY

Chris Anthem
was born in the UK in 1974; graduating in fine art from Liverpool John Moore’s University and the Slade School of Art London (1993-1998).

He currently lives in Beirut, Lebanon with his wife Rania, and baby son Nur.

Chris Anthem’s work can be found in the collections of their excellencies the Al-Thani Family of Qatar and Byblos Bank, Lebanon.

Current projects include development of Alia Artists Residence in the Chouf mountains of Lebanon as a destination for international artists, and collaborations with the Lebanese post-punk band Scrambled Eggs.
